No Item cost was found - Goods Issue

Hello,

I have a product which is no longer in store and am trying to do a goods issue for it. Please see below message as I cannot do it: "No item cost was found [Goods issue - Rows- Warehouse Code][line: 1] , 'BFBH004f' [Message 173-112]

I have checked the warehouse this item refers to thinking is was ticked for 'Manage Stock by Warehouse' and an item cost defined but this does not seem to be the case. I have seen similar articles on the forum but these tend to relate to de-selecting the 'Allow Stock release without item cost'. I'm just a little concerned as to what knock affect this is likely to have with stock currently controlled by FIFO.

Hi Juan,

In the item IMD record, is the 'Item Cost' field populated with an amount for that warehouse? You are getting this message because the setting 'Allow Stock Release without Item Cost' is not selected.

If you update your Form Settings in Goods Issue, display & make active the field 'Info Price'. If there is no price, you may enter the applicable cost amount and then post the G/I.

Hi Juan..........

I think while doing transaction you are ignoring to check which warehouse you have selected. Just check it whether warehouse is correct or not..........
