Performance Plan Scheduling - link with Breakdown

Query is related to construction industry

where Vehicles, Heavy Machinery like cranes & earth moving equipment s are managed.

In SAP, Performance based plans are monitored, scheduled based on Annual Estimate & regular reading update,

My query is with example---

Equipment Preventive Maintenance is at 250 hrs

Annual Estimate is 3650 hr, so daily 10hrs.

Today's reading is 190 hrs so scheduled maintenance is after 60 hrs,

now If the equipment is breakdown at 195 hrs & it will remain in breakdown for 6 days,

- system should not give Preventive Maintenance Order based on annual estimate after 6 days as equipment is yet to complete 250hr

In a way, scheduling should get 'hold', till breakdown is over & regular running hour gets entered.

Note: Here during B/d, User do not want to do any Preventive Maintenance during breakdown.
