an issue with mails sending...please help

Dear All ,

I have an issue , in our company wenever the RPTARQEMAIL is run it send mails for all the leave requests , even previously a mail has already been sent.

i.e. if i create a new leave request and run this report then it would shoot mail for all the leave requests that are previously stored in the system.

is there any way to stop that.
