Claims ( /561) is not getting generated

Hi,

In one scenario of payroll processing where Deduction Total is greater than Gross total, it is observed from the cluster table that Claims (i.e. WageType /561) is not getting generated. Instead wagetype MDD1 is getting generated automatically.

This needs to be stopped. As we wanted that /561 should be generated automatically and not MDD1.

Request to Please help us with appropriate solution.
