workitem is visible in a different user's inbox but not in reqds one

Hi,

Experts

I have a issue,

Where I am triggering a standard workflow WS14500044 and i am sending the agents through a BADI.

Here the issue is : to whom so ever i have assigned the agents(manager role) in the badi are getting the work item in SRM inbox but they are not getting the workitems in their portal inbox but a different user with the same manager role is getting the work item in there inbox.

Workitem : Agent Assignment : General Task is maintained.

MKT1 - not getting work item in portal inbox with the same manager role but he is getting SRM inbox.

But a different user is getting the same work item for approval in portal inbox and who has similar roles.

i have checked at all the possible stages, but i am unable to determine the issue

please help me in this regards as my entire workflow is stuck for the same.

I have checked in SWi5 tcode and the respective user is getting the work items in the inbox but he is still not getting in UWL

Checked with the portal consultant, but he says tht he has checked all the possibilities in portal but still i am unable to send the workitems to UWL .

please suggest me what would be the alternatives which can be done to solve this issue.

If the workitem are appearing in SAP Inbox from SWI5 and not showing up in Portal then it is a portal issue.

The other Users are getting workitem as they might have been maintained as a substitute of the manager. Please check in HRUS_D2 Table for any substitute maintained.
