Work item to non-sap user's mail box as link for execution

HI All,

Is it possible to send a work item to non-sap user's mail box as link for execution.

In my organization some positions are for contractors. Organization do not want to create sap users for them.

But they have to approve / reject some workitems. So is it possible to send work items to their Inbox and launch the workitem with some ananymous user having authorization to approve the workitem.

Our landscape contains Portal, WD Abap and is running on EHP4.
