Individual Capacity production rate

The scenario is a work center with 2 machines, which are having different production rates. One machine has production rate of 1 hour / piece and another has 2 hours / piece.

In the work center these 2 machines are maintained as individual capacities. But how to maintain the different production ratesfor these individual capacities?
