Consider recon. date at ex. rate differences

In SBO 2007A PL 10 a new box was added to the exchange rate differences screen named 'Consider Reconciliation Date'. The box is not available in all SBO localizations. i would like to know in which localization the additional box is available and from which patch it exists.
