My Inbox - Attachment URLs on Web dispatcher

Dear all

I access the My Inbox app through a web dispatcher, but the URL links in Attachments point directly to the ERP server, and thus don't work. We have embedded Fiori on the ERP server.

SAP note 2319614 describes my exact issue, but it don't help my cause as all SAP notes referenced are only valid up to SAP_BASIS 740.

SAP Community link https://archive.sap.com/discussions/thread/3865584 also has a similar issue, but not helpful here my issue is not due to the web dispatcher is not converting http to https.

Have you checked the needed customizing changes in Note 2009417 - Service class for generation of URLs?

Hi Gregor

SAP note 2009417 is listed as valid until SAP_BASIS 740, however I updated configuration parameters in transaction SWPA to the web dispatcher host, and it worked!!

The coding change is needed until 740. But the customizing needs to be applied in any version.
