Hello,
In our company, History Tab in info view has a customized columns like
Instance Time:
Run By:
Pay Period End Date:
Format:
Status:
Selected:
I'm trying to find how this is done, because the "Pay Period End Date" automatically picks up a date from a table whenever the report is refreshed. The problem is sometimes it brings the wrong date. Is it possible that we could change it manually for a specific instance?
Please advice.

You said, the tab refreshes after the report is refreshed so it means the object/cell is part of the query only.
Please double click on the cell where the data is and see the source. Trace the source in the query and you will be able to find the table for it.
A few of the cells might hold some BO functions like to show the document refresh dates etc.
