Upgrade from SAP PI 7.31 to SAP PO 7.5

Hi all,

I need to upgrade my SAP PI version from 7.31 to 7.5. I am reading documentation online but i am a little bit lost. There is any place where i can read some kind of guide and things to have into consideration?
