Summing Specific Groups in Crystal 2008

I am brand new to Crystal Reports and I am trying to use the sum function to summarize several specific groups that I assigned in my report. I assigned special grouping by account numbers and have a summary for each assigned group....Now I want to add several of those groups together, not all of them, to obtain a sum total for those specific groups.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
