Single Sign-On Succession Planning

Hello,

We need to configure SSO for Succession planning and SAP Portal. SSO is already configured on the back-end (ESS/MSS applications are already used), we only need to perform the Nakisa part.

In the admin console, Security Settings, I selected "Single Sign-On with Logon Tickets (Required Portal integration)". For employee source, the message displayed is "The build is configured for anonymous access. " which is strange since the build is not configured as anonymous.

In Data connection, I entered the connection string but I'm wondering if there should be any specific values for user/password. I guess with SSO, Nakisa connects to the back-end with the logged in user.

When opening the URL iview, I get the following error message

An internal error has occured. If this error persists, please contact an Administrator.
