Dear gurus,
When I delete STMS configuration from all system (DEV, QA, PRD), is the stms queue also deleted?
When I reconfigure (change transport domain from DEV to QA), will the queue will be there again?
And what happen in SE01? Will the transport request will still be there in the Development system?
Thanks for your help.
Best Regards,
Yes,
Nothing will happen.....but you can not transport any thing from system to system.
STMS configuration means just you are connecting one system to other. Deletion and re-configuration wouldn't make any changes to system. You can find all the changes even if you have deleted and recreated.

What if there's this scenario:
From network perspective:
Network / Port from DEV -> QA = allowed
Network / Port from QA -> PRD = allowed
Network / Port from DEV -> PRD = closed
Transport Domain is DEV.
Transport Domain Controller is QA.
When I configure STMS in Production, PRD can't be included in the transport domain.
What's the solution when we want to leave the network configuration remain unchanged?

Hi,
As per your query if you delete your STMS configuration then there are no effect will come to your running system but you can not transport through system this will be impect you transport. secondly your all transport will be there in DEV which was release or non released .
If you want to reconfigure the same then you have to configure again.

Hi,
Nothing will happens to your Transport Que and for the Transport Requests in SE01 if you delete the STMS.
the thing is the systems will be domain controller free and all the systems act like singel system landscape.
so you can't transport the Transports in between Landscape.
