can anybody suggest the permit approval through Hierarchy?

Dear Experts,

I got a requirement form user to have hierrachial approval for permit release. i know the process o f configuring the same with single person. Can anybody suggest me, how to configure the scenario?

Hi Krishnamurthy,

You need to use User Status function. Create a status profile with value H1Release Approval, H2 Release Approval, H3 Release Approval and Business Transaction Release will be allowed for H3 Release Approval and not allowed for H1 and H2.

Based on User Status authorization H1 and H2 will approve and then H3 will do it and then release order. Give permit approval authorization to H3
