VIM Approval status issue

Dear GURUS,

I have an issue i have an PO in VIM which i have approved in portal after that normally it triggers a workflow goes ahead for Finance processing but in this case the PO is approved from portal it came to workflow but in workflow status is reflecting as 'AWAITING FOR APPROVAL' now i am not getting why it happened also if i need to retrigger a workitem of that workflow not entire workflow how would i do that need your expertise on this please help.

hi,

check if the values from portal to WF are sent, could be that values are not passed to the WF because of which it shows 'awaiting for approval'.

Hi,

When the work item is being approved from portal or Fiori, there are some issues with the approval status being properly updated.

Please check the KBAs that are available on the support.opentext.com website for VIM on this Issue.

You should be able to find the relevant correction Instructions.
