SAP Fiori Stock

Dear SAP experts,

Please help.

We use EA-RETAIL 617 SP 11

We have a problem with our latest fiori front-end retail with tile "LookUp Product" that have incosistent interface text, some product don't have stock it will show text "Out Of Stock" on the left side panel but some product with Out Of Stock product the interface not show status text "Out Of Stock". we already search in forum or snote but still not found the resolution to solve this issue. in other ways we have another problem too, on "Count Stock Tile" we already submit the product but status of the product still open on fiori Tile. for all issue image detail please our attachment on this ticket.

Any chance you can include some screenshots please so we can have a look at what is going on? You can enhance the standard applications via an extension but would be good to see first before providing a resolution.

Hi Phil Cooley,

There are pictures of my case :

1. There is no text " out of stock". Our expectation condition is there is "out of stock" text in tile ( same with FG_BAGS)

2.Status of stock is still open although "Start Count" was executed before
