Raw material with custorder in MD04

Hello MRP experts,

I have a raw material seems to be with a procured to order strategy. similar as a MTO strategy for semifinished goods.I can procured the material as I want but for consumption purposes it only consider the inventory that I have procured for the sales order.

I need to desactivate the sales order in the MD04.

Please provide a screen shot of MRP3 view of your material - in standard SAP configuration planning strategy group:

drives the requirement types, which defines if a requirement is customer order specific or not.

This is an scenario where the finished good is a configurable material and based in a relationship this raw material is calculated,

¿can it has some effect?

The MPR views are as you mentioned but as you can see it still do not work.

Hi Jorge,

In this case, you need to check MRP parameters based on your requirement.

MRP 3 view strategy group 40.

MRP 4 view Individual/coll indicator 2 (collective all requirements together and created purchase requisitions) 1 (individually plan each and every requirement (WBSE or Sale order)and created multiple purchases requisitions respective order) and this will be useful when MTO scenario.
