Condition Type Issue

Hi Friends,

I have created condition record JMOQ (IN: BED setoff Qty) and JAOQ(N: AED setoff Qty) for Two material (X & Y) and i assigned Tax code M9 to these two material(X & Y),

My condition recor combination is

Vendor-Z

Material -X

Plant -2500

Tax code -M9

and

Vendor -Z

Material -Y

Plant -2500

Tax code -M9

wen i raise PO for the material(X) with vendor-Z and tax code M9,Plant 2500

the tax code condtion record JMOQ & JAOQ is throwing the condition value properly

but wen i use

Material-Y

Vendor -Z and Tax code M9,Plant 2500

the Condition Value of JMOQ & JAOQ is not reflection it showing ZERO as condition value but in amount coloumn it is showing the amount properly

what is the reason for this?
