When I run the ktpass commmand, it will raise the below error, could someone tell me, how to fix it?
ktpass -princ HTTP/ALEX03.ALEX.LOCAL ALEX.LOCAL-mapuser copcsso ALEX.LOCAL
Targeting domain controller: alex02.alex.local

Successfully mapped HTTP/ALEX03.ALEX.LOCAL to copcsso.

Below is a good example which run the ktpass successfully.
ktpass -princ HTTP/CRS2008V1.ALEX.LOCAL ALEX.LOCAL -mapuser PETER ALEX.LOCAL
Targeting domain controller: ADSRV.ALEX.LOCAL
Using legacy password setting method
Successfully mapped HTTP/CRS2008V1.ALEX.LOCAL to PETER.
what documentation are you using, that command looks incomplete. Could also be permissions. Use KB 1261835 and if you have XI 3.1 SP3 there is a link to a newer one that doesn't require ktpass in initial setup.
