Hi Team,
I have processed SDB output type in the sales document and it got processed successfully.
But when i go back and check in CVD1 there is no line item generated for SD_CALL
Material is assigned to specification and the specification has a released report created with a geneartion variant
For the Ship to party assigned the same generation variant and same language for which the report has been released.
Not sure what can be the issue of not getting ay line item in CVD1.
regards,
Anoop
Hello Anoop,
If you have generated an automatic output, then check if the customer -sales order doc type entry for your MSDS recipient exist in VV13
Soon after SDB generated ,it will trigger the user exits for GV selection and Language.Hence if the user exits are not called properly after the SDB out ,it will not generate any reports in CVD1.Please check what the processing logs shows..
Also check with some other material in the same sales org for output generation.
Thanks&Regards
George

Hello Anoop
there are many reasons they this could happen.
Please read Note 1096697 - EH&S report shipping. This note is a consulting note and describes how report shipment works (including a small section regarding FAQ), what need to be customized, which jobs must run, which access rights must be granted etc.

PPS: I assume that you used a material according to this prerequsite:
Contains a material that is flagged in the material master as environmentally relevant (e.g. take a look here: http://help.sap.com/saphelp_45b/helpdata/en/a7/28782c0a6c11d28a220000e829fbbd/content.htm) and that you did not maintain the corresponding property to switch of MSDS delivery (The MSDS shipping not required exclusion indicator is set for the substance)
