Query about EL32

Hi Experts,

Can anybody help me how to configure the SAP so that system can ensure 100% meter reading entry within end of meter reading period.

Is it possible by using Automatic monitoring (EL32)? Can anybody help me how to use this t.code and what are the settings required for that.
