Roles Merging Problem

HI All,

I have a problem while assigning Role to Role.Actually i have 5 roles(Parent roles) with same name and MERGEID for that 5 roles is 1.Based on this MERGEID only one role is displaying in the portal.

Now we are assigned sub roles to that parent roles.Up to here everything working fine.

I have developed one webdynpro IVEW and assigned to subrole and finally i assigned subrole to parent Role.

but i am unable to see new subrole under parent role.I have set the ENTRY to YES but its not happening.

Can anyone give some clues about this issue.
