Trial Balance : monthwise

Hi expers,

My users wants to get F.01 monthwise.In F.01,if run period 2,i will get gl balances from Apr10 to May10.User wants only trial balance for Apr10,May10 like.Is there any standard functionality report.

Please advise.

Hi,

Month wise Trail Banace would be drawn with T.Code: S_PL0_86000028.

Fill the Required data appropriatedly as per, at Report Selections.

You should be getting in one of the following reports if you define your report parameters right.

S_ALR_87012277 - G/L Account Balances

S_PL0_86000030 - G/L Account Balances (New)

I verified both and both are working fine. If not working for you, post what issue you are facing.

Hi samar,

in that F.01 you will get month wise report ,,

when you entering from period to period at that ,you enter period 1 to period 3

then comparision period you enter period 1 to period 2 ,

the differance balance is yours june month trail balance.

Hi,

In table GLT0(G/L account master record transaction figures) you can get gl account balance respective month basis.

Check with your abaper once.

Try S_ALR_87012277. You'll have to give the period whichever you want to in the From and To fields.

The output will almost be the same whether you use F.01 or S_PL0_86000028. But you need to give from period and to period same if you want to see the monthwise trial balance. Of course even if you see May period i.e., period 2 naturally it will be cumulative balance only.
