Bodi Designer and Job Server Connection issue

Hello ,

I am new to BO world. I have installed BODI job server on Linux5.1 and Bodi Designer on Windows Desktop. But Bodi designer unable to connect to Job server !!!.

I am able to ping JOb Server with its host name.

I have verfied the job server is up and running.

Can someone please help ne resolve this issue.

Check the Job Server you have configured on client(Windows Side) to the BODI server repository on Linux

Are you referring to BODI (Data Integrator) as opposed to Desktop Intelligence? If yes, please re-post your question under the Enterprise Information Management (EIM - it is now known as Informaiton Management (IM)) space.

Job Server for Desktop Intelligence is part of the Enterprise product and it can also be installed in the Unix platform. It is used for scheduled job on DeskI. It appears you are looking for help on Data Integrator product.
