Func spec detailing the mode of interface,infotypes to capture sick leave

Hi,

The requirement is:

To capture sick leave data, an external system called u2018Earth Medu2019 will be used. An interface is required to update the time data in SAP-HR with the data collected in the external system. This task pertains only to the inbound interface to SAP-HR.

Write functional specifications detailing interface file data format, the mode of the interface (iDoc / BDC / other means), infotypes impacted and error handling.

Please help me in resolving this issue ASAP......Thanks....
