Return budget are not effect parent wbs element

Hello Experts,

I am facing a unique problem while returning budget from a particular WBS element the same is not reflecting in the parent WBS element. I am facing the mention problem only two WBS elements not on all elements. (But Current Budget, Release Budget, Supplement Budget, Assigned Amount report are right) What might be the possible reasons for the same?

1. Please see that budget return amount of Rs. 10,000.00, Rs. 7,500.00 & Rs. 175.00 from WBS Element O.02.A.01 and of Rs 1,900.00, Rs 40,000.00 & Rs. 2.00 from WBS Element O.02.A.02 are not showing in WBS Element O.02.

So, Budget report are showing extra available budget in balance of WBS Element O.02.
