Maximum and Minimum Level for Material

Kindlly help me to identify the process and tcodes for max and min level of material .

Hi Alok,

The Maximum and Minimum Stock levels are availabe in the MRP view of the Material Master. They are influenced by the lot size given in the Material Master.

For example, when we use MRP Type as VB(Consumption based planning). For this MRP type you have to maintain maximum stock level and Reorder point.

Whenever your material stock falls below the Reorder point level, the system will create procurement proposals automatically in the next MRP run and it will create lot size of maximum stock level quantity.

MC.9 - Material Analysis provides the Min. & Max. Material Stock through the drill down.

If a report is required for this purpose, a report needs to be created using SQVI by joining the table marc.
