hello gurus

while doing migo system should ask for quality certificate .if vendor submitted quality certificate system should allow goods eceipt and lot should create. if vendor is not submited the quality certificate system should not alllow the gr and no lot should be generated.

there should be a option even vendor is not submitted the quality certificate even he is not submited the certificate if he got the approval from quality head by sending the approval system should allow the gr and lot should be created only quality head approval.

i checked by assigning certificate profile we can do but all activities are not assign a single certificate profile. please help me

Hello, if you create a new Certificate Type in QCC0, Tick the box for "Certificate is required" and set the Control Without Certificate dropdown to 😧 Error Message, then I think this will block the GR if the Cert is not set to "5 - Cert filed and inspected".

You can also tick the box for Enhanced Certificate Processing in order to manage a worklist for these in QC55. You could use ABAP to add a status "Quality Approval" that would also be considered as valid as "5 - Cert filed and inspected" to allow for overriding the cert requirement on occassion.
