OFF days are defined in daily work schedule table V_T550A. For OFF days, we choose " no planned working hours" button, so system take planned working hours on this day as zero.

    Hi,

For OFF day you create a blank daily work schedule, which you assign in period work schedule. Since this daily work schedule is blank (without any working hous), system understands this as OFF day.

When it comes to Holiday calendar, when you are configuring work schedules you assign public holiday calendar to PS Grp's in path: IMG > SPRO > TM > Workschedules > Work schedule rules and work schedules > Define groupings for the Holiday Calendar.

    Regards

in Daily work Schedule we assign Daily Work Schedule Class 0 with no Planned hours.

While Creating Holidays you assign holiday Class to 1 to 9.

Daily work Schedule Class 0 - not a working day and 1-9 work according to Daily Work Schedule.

    HolidayClass 0 = not a holiday, holiday Class 1 = holiday, Holiday class 2 = Half day holiday and 3 - 9 Custom.

in Daytype Selection Rule we assign DayTypes to HolidayClasses....
