How to changing "XPI Service: Messaging System" properties PI 7.1 EHP1

Hi all,

If I choose Integration Engine, under RWB -> Message Monitoring I see the warning message that ask to apply SAP Note 1031773.

So where I should find the Visual Admin "go" file into SAP PI 7.1 EHp1 version?

Does anybody applied it?
