Dear Experts

I have created one MIC named 'Physical Appereance' with Qualitative,

At the time of result recording, said MIC can have value like, 'Yellowish', 'Reddish', 'Colorless' etc

But not support

Please suggest

Have you assigned Selected Set of the type 1 against the MIC .........? Assign it & check

Your answer is useful and related to my question but question was missing something

Actually I want open for any input field as MIC

User has to enter manually against MIC becuase i do not have predefined value

Hi,

if you want to capture values with code group and codes in qualitative mic, it not possible. You have to define the pre defined values with selected set , code group and codes. As you donot have those values, while doing RR, in the field called " Inspection description " you can write the values.

Hi Paresh,

You have to maintain selected set for the same. In any case, your MIC must be having some predefined vcolor range. If suppose color should be red: you can make different codes like rusty red, cherry red, orange red, blackish red........ you can make several codes in this way. Definitely red color wont change to white in normal circumstances. So you can dicsuss with client and can make a selected set.
