Problem in Release Strategy in Characteristics

Dear Experts,

We are have creating new release strategy.for new relase codes to the existing characters. we added new purchage groups to the character,which already defined.

the new code PO net value limit is below 1 lac.if its working fine in 1 lac limit.

when we are entering more than 1 lac,no release startegy is appering.the new code can even create PO and GR.

its not triggering already defined upto 5 lac startegy.

1.my doubt is why it is not working?

2. can we edit characters and class in release startegy.
