SD Billing Overwrite Tax Amount from external calculation

Hi experts,

We have a requirement that for a Sales flow all the amounts should be used manually and overwriten because everything is coming from external systems including the Tax calculation that is done by another system (which has not standard integration with SAP). What we need is:

  1. Set the condition types for the SO as manual. Here I have the 1st problem because I don't manage to make MWST or MWSI condition to be modifiable (I set the indicator to different values i.e. Manual entry has priority; No limitations; Free...
  2. As there are scenario where the Tax Calculation has to be done again at delivery, we need to be able to overwrite those amounts too
  3. At the latest step when creating the accounting document, they want also to put these amounts manually (not allowing SAP to do the calculation based on Tax Codes).

Can you help in any of the steps above?

Please do not hesitate to aske if any further detail is required.

Many thanks.

While you can make an attempt to achieve the first two requirements, definitely, it is not recommended to propose any solution to the third requirement of your client. Why the tax value in billing document should differ in Accounting document?

Thanks for the answer and sorry for coming back late.

Actually you are right, tax value in Billing and Accounting should be the same.

What I meant was that the amounts, in any case, should be the ones coming from the external system and not calculated by SAP. So, which will be the best way to do this? I assume using a User_Exit but haven't found the proper one yet or at least not sure about it.

Kind regards

Hello Mr. Miguel,

I know this issue had occurred for a long time but I face the same scenario now, can you share with me how you achieved your requirement.

Thanks a lot.
