SAP system copy from ECC 6.0 SR1 to SAP ECC 6.0 SR3.

Hello.

I would like to know if it is possible to perform a homogeneous system copy to move SAP SQL database from SAP release Ecc 6.0 SR1 to ECC 6.0 SR3???

Install SAP ECC 6.0 SR3 to a new target server with 64-bit OS than perform a SAP system copy (R3load) to export the data from source server ECC 6.0 SR1 with 32-bit OS and import to new target server ECC 6.0 SR3 with 64-bits OS.

Any suggestion would be helpful.
