Runtime Exception

Hello Experts,

I am new to BOBJ. I installed Client tools, Xcelsius and Live office on my computer. I have a query in SAP BW.

I am able to open the Universe Designer, but when I try to create or open an existing connection I get an error as "DBD: A runtime exception has occured. (License key check failed. Check that you are licensed to access SAP data sources)".

Can somebody let me know what is the problem here? Do I need to install something else or ??
