FI account assignment search help enhancement

We are loking to either link html text or enhance SAP search help so when staff our choosing GL accounts in PR's & PO's they can look at guidance on what should be charged to specific accounts. Can such user defined help text be added to matchcode or SAP standard help in any way, or links to html info be added?

I am curious as to what customers have created in this area
