Hi All,
I have one scenario, kindly provide solutions.
There are three release codes A, B, C. To release PO, any two (Either A&B or A & C or B & C) approvals enough irrespective of sequence.
How to configure this one?
Thanks in advance
Regards
Ravi

add A B C release codes into your release strategy. there you have a button "release statuses"
Here SAP lists all combinations and proposes a status.
Just change the proposal to fit with your expectation.

OLME > Purchase Order > Release Procedure for Purchase Orders > Define Release Procedure for Purchase Orders
choose Release Strategies
There go into detail of your group/strategy.
Here you should see all release codes ( A, B and C)
Below you see 4 button, one of them is called "release statuses"
click it and you get an overview with a each possible combination
in your case you would see
A B C
all empty
A flagged with X rest empty
A with X and B with X, rest empty
A with X, B without, C with X
All combination are flagged.
Right of these combinations you have to place the release indicator.
if all combinations are empty then set blocked.
if one flag is staying alone, then set blocked
if there are 2 flags set, then set released.
Hi,
Do not set any sequence in release prerequisites.
Set the release status as Below.
A B C
X Blocked
X Blok
X X Relrease
X Block
X X Release
X X Release
X X X Release
