KM Content error

Hi expert,

We are using SAP Netweaver Portal 7.00 SP21.

We are having problem in the KM content

error "System Error An exception occurred during program execution".

We are not sure what's the cause of the problem but we find out that the error happen when we try to upload the bundle file (to change the metadata lable).

what should we do?
