I am having the following problems at this one large site and don;t know how to resolve:
1. Two of the main users who have full access and a professional SAP license, cannot find the authirsations section on their menu?? It is not on the form setting menu either?? Please advise as to why it is missing??
2. Some of the users do not have access to click on the magnifying glass in a formatted search. They can create a formatted search but when they click on the maginifying glass an error appears saying "you do not have permission to perform this action". I have given them authorisations to user defined fields, what else do they need??
3. Some of the user's can't save their form settings. Normally when you change the form settings of a screen it is saved per user. Some user have to re-organise the same screen everytime they log back into SAP. Why is this happening??
