C4C Fiori UI and chat channel

Hi Guys, is this possibile to integrate SAP Contact Center chat channel with C4C Fiori client the same way like here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KksgD3KdqN0 ?

On the other hand I found something like this "2642317 - Chat Integration Is Not Available for Fiori"

What is the truth? Any docs or suggestions kindly requested :)

    Hi Piotr,

    Yes, it is possible to integrate SAP Contact Center Chat Channel in Fiori Client. Your referred KBA is pretty old and this feature is introduced from 1811 release.

    • Hi Sandeep,

      is it necessary to make some additional configuration of Fiori UI to handle chat interaction correctly? It works fine in HTML5 but when we switch UI to Fiori we do not see any chat related information like e.g. "chat from: email_addres" and we can't create ticket from incomming chat request.
