CRM Lead creation - insert excel table and images

Hello Experts,

Lead creation process is used in our organization for business development activities. There are three peculiar requirements of our user group with which we need your expertise -

1.User wants to insert/paste calculation table done in excel in lead creation screen e.g. user wants to copy the table and insert in lead.

2.User wants to insert/paste images in lead creation screen.

3.Once the above is done then the same is to be published in the smart form generated subsequently.

The requirement is imminent hence request your guidance.

    Can you provide more details of the expectations for each functionalities?

    1, how do the end users copy the excel to which assignment block or data object? ctrl c and ctrl v, or use a button to select the excel? to the Pricing assignment block?

    2, customer needs to insert/past image to Notes in Lead creation screen. in this case, html based text is necessary.

    3, "the same is to be published in the smart form generated subsequently"

    what is generated subsequently (quotation or email or ...) by what functionality (by action or by clicking on Create Followup)?

      Apology for the delayed revert. Please find inputs appending -

      1, how do the end users copy the excel to which assignment block or data object? ctrl c and ctrl v, or use a button to select the excel? to the Pricing assignment block? -

      -->We are to develop this functionality of inserting/pasting excels/images. Please suggest what is the best possible solution e.g. CTRL C/CTRL V. Ideal situation for user would be to copy calculations from excel and past in LEAD.

      2, customer needs to insert/past image to Notes in Lead creation screen. in this case, html based text is necessary. -

      -->Can a sample code be provided.

      what is generated subsequently (quotation or email or ...) by what functionality (by action or by clicking on Create Followup)? -

      -->User can select a particular LEAD and clicks on "Summary(yellow)" to generate a smartform (PDF) document which contains LEAD details and management approvals. User wants the excel calculations/images inserted during LEAD creation to be included in the smartform (PDF).

      Please guide further.
