Hi experts

I am facing issue when using IP30 to schedule the plan,

system prompt the error message:14.12.2010 date comes after end of valid factory calendar. (Please correct)

but I checked my calendar setting, the valid period is from 1995-2010. so I think 14.12.2010 is in the valid factory calendar.

can you please give your advice? thanks

The scheduling indicator of the maintenance plan is set to "Time - key-date" or "Time - Factory calendar".

The validity of the factory calendar is not maintained sufficiently.

Solution

If the scheduling indicator "Time - key-date" or "Time - Factory calendar" is set for a maintenance plan, you should check the validity of the factory calendar that is used.

For maintenance plans without scheduling period, the validity should extend at least so far into the future that the system can calculate a date by means of the defined cycle length and other scheduling parameters.

For maintenance plans with scheduling period, the validity must extend at least one cycle length plus scheduling period into the future.

The system can only decide after the scheduling calculation has been carried out whether the date itself is within the scheduling period or not. Therefore, in the worst case, the factory calendar must be defined at least one cycle length further into the future than the scheduling period.

Above is the explaination of the notes, but still not very clear.
