Error calling application via OLE

I am getting this error.....when i am using generic object services ............after double clicking the document type

Hi,

maybe there are incorrect settings in transaction SGOS. Further please check the customizing in

- Call OAA3

- Double click on DOCLINK

- Double click on Display stored document

- Select the '*' document class and double click on it.

Another suggestion would be to upgrade the SAPGUI of your affected PC to the latest patch level. You can find it under:

http://service.sap.com/patches

-> Entry by Application Group -> SAP Frontend Components -> SAP GUI for Windows
