Employee Shift Change


Hi Experts,

My Client has the following Requirement.

The Have a specific set of employees who work in rotating shifts. Ex.. In the first week they work for a schedule where off day is sun day, in the next schedule the off day is Wednesday, then Friday and lastly the off day is saturday.

For that I have configured Several PWS and Work schedule Rule with seven off days. But the problem is that when I am trying to Change the work schedule rule in IT 0007, it is not working properly. It should delimit the previous Rule from the date and start the new schdule. it is not happening.

Can any one guide me whether this is the right porcess? if not then what is the right process?
