Smartform - Change CPI (Characters per Inch ) for Dot Matrix printer

Hello everyone,

I am printing on TVS MSP Series printer using Generic / Text only driver.

I have to print different CPI for various lines like

1. Double width

2. Normat character (10 CPI) -> This is default and works fine

3. 12 CPI

4. 15 CPI

I have changed both output option in smartform as 15 CPI and also in Smartstyles as 15 CPI. When the output is sent to the dotmatrix printer this has no effect. Nothing in the print preview as well.

In legacy we send the data from fox pro and the text file generated has print control characters which formats the data to various CPI.

Has any one managed to change CPI from SAP in Dot matrix printers ?
