B2B TPM Trading partner profile error when trying to save

We are using PO 7.4 SP 5 with B2B add on 1.0 SP 5. I created partner profile and updated in ID 1st time when I saved in TPM but when I'm trying to save for changes getting error "Error occured while saving Partner Profile. Details:Object "Party XXXXXX" already exists". Also noticed in ID "Change Lists" tab --> Change Lists of user --> Open folder name "Created with API on Feb 14 2019 by user" but did not update any change details. Is this causing due to any authorizations missing in user profile? Please advise.
