DQXI Service stopping no logs to be found

We are running DQXI 11.7.2.

When we run a project, the project finishes and the service stops (dies). The status portal says the project terminated (no surprise), but there are no errors explaining why.

We've reviewed the runtime_metadata to see if there is something there. Nothing.

Nothing in the event logs either.

Where else can we look to see why a service would just stop?

We were able to capture a dump file and we got this event in the application event viewer

Description:

Faulting application iq8dfserveru.exe, version 11.7.2.0, faulting module uractransformu.dll, version 11.7.2.0, fault address 0x0001694a.

We also got a hdmp and mdmp file.

Who can help us with figuring out what is going on with our server?
