SAP PI OAuth question

Hello Experts,

I am following this article https://help.sap.com/viewer/c99ca811e1ae4a4692ee1da84223066c/7.4.19/en-US/9f45051ab0b740cb8f7ebc446d... to configure OAuth 2.0 access.

However in my PI setup (7.4 SP12) I don't find SAP_OAUTH_ADMIN role and url

http ://<host>:<port>/oauth/admin is not present

Can you advise how PI can be enabled as OAuth server?
