Webservice for Business Object BUS2000116 Service Transaction in CRM

Hi all,

I'm trying to create a webservice via the webservice tool for the Business Object BUS2000116 Service Transaction.

Apparently there is no such an object???

Service Request is there, but not the normal service order or Service Ticket...

anyone an idea?

we are currently doing an upgrade from CRM 5.0 to 7.0 and have document templates defined in CRM 5.0.

now I don't get them anymore and I don't see how I can re-create them again...
